Artisan Homes Realty recently announced their expansion back into the resale home market. "With over 30 years of award-winning sales, marketing, advisory and development experience, There have been repeated requests for us to provide our services for buyers and sellers of all types of real estate. In 2014, the owners of Artisan Homes and CE Companies combined their passions for building lifestyle developments and custom homes to create a new kind of Homebuilding Company. It's one that takes a holistic approach to the design and construction of all our homes and communities.
We know homebuyers expect more from a new home. Things like better design, more floorplan flexibility, greater energy efficiency and high quality construction to name just a few; but it also means designing the right homes for a specific location and buyer. Typical production builders use plans over and over for greater efficiency instead of creating homes that were designed specifically for a location. Our hands-on approach to conceptual design considers orientation, views, buyer lifestyle and many other attributes to create the perfect home for every location. Artisan Homes 2.0 combines the best of custom home construction with award-winning community design at a price rarely attainable for this kind of quality.
When you truly care about the places you build, there is no greater feeling than when a homebuyer tells you how much they love their home; unless it's when the community around your homes tells you the same thing.
